Telstra Super top choice for member satisfaction

Telstra Super is the highest ranked corporate super fund for member satisfaction, according to new research from Australia’s leading consumer advocacy group, CHOICE.

Results from the recent CHOICE Super Satisfaction Survey returned an overall member satisfaction score for Telstra Super of 75.7%, the fourth-highest score of all funds and more than 10% higher than the average super fund.

According to CHOICE, the most important factors determining member satisfaction were fees, investment performance, member service and the quality of financial advice provided by each fund.
