Information for members affected by the Queensland floods

Much of Queensland is experiencing major flooding and Telstra Super encourages affected members to contact us to see whether we are able to assist.

Government legislation allows people to potentially access part of their superannuation in times of financial hardship and on compassionate grounds, though strict criteria apply. Contact us to find out more about whether this may be an option for you.

We also understand the limited access you may have to normal communication options such as phone, email and the internet, as well as your financial records and information. We will work with you however we can to go through the relevant options available to you as a Telstra Super member.
