Where can I get help to find a new job?

If you have been out of the job market for some time, the prospect of job hunting can be a daunting one.  If you are a Telstra employee facing retrenchment you will be offered assistance through either the Hudson Career & Life Transition services or Telstra Jobs Placement program. These services can assist you to prepare yourself for finding a new job. Ask your Line Manager for details. Centrelink also offers programs for job hunting, regardless of your employer. You can call their Employment Services hotline on 13 28 50 or visit the Centrelink  (http://www.centrelink.gov.au/) website.
