How do I find how much super I have with Telstra Super?

You can find out how much super you have in 3 ways:

1. Online at www.telstrasuper.com.au
Access your current balance any hour of the day. Simply log in to SuperOnline and choose 'my balance'.

2. Over the phone on 1300 033 166
Access a quote of your balance between 6am and 9pm (Melbourne time). Don't forget to have your member number and PIN handy.

3. Fax request to (03) 9653 6060
You can request a current Super Summary by sending us your request by fax. Don't forget to include your member number and signature on your request as well.

Of course, we'll always send you your Super Statement each year as a record of your benefit at 30 June. You can also request a reprint of your Super Statement for a previous financial year, simply call 1300 033 166 to make your request.
