Why has www.telstrasuper.com.au changed?

Telstra Super’s website has been redesigned to improve our online service to members – a site that is simple and easy to use and meets the information needs of our members.

What's changed?

With our new navigation, finding the information you need is quick and easy:


Handy links from the home page take you straight to the most popular information.


Tabs at the top of the screen provide access to all of the information on the site, and a second level of navigation appears when you run your mouse over a tab.


New links on the right-hand side of most pages will make it easier to find relevant and helpful information - FAQ’s, related links & calculators.


One click access to SuperOnline – log in securely to check or update your details from anywhere in the site.

Unit prices can be easily accessed from Quick links on the left-hand side of the home page.

Where do I find details about my current super arrangement?

For information on the fees you pay, types of contributions you can make, insurance that is available, tax, withdrawals and more - go to My super. You can choose My super from the tab at the top of the Home page or from the middle of the home page.

Where do I find my personal details, such as my current balance and address details?

You can access your current balance, update your investment option and contact details, or nominate a beneficiary via SuperOnline. The log in for SuperOnline now appears on the right-hand side of each page. Simply enter your member number and password. You can also register to become a new SuperOnline user.

Do I need to change the way I log in to SuperOnline?

You can now log in directly to SuperOnline from any page. Simply enter your member number and password in the log in panel located on the right-hand side of every page.

Has SuperOnline changed?

With SuperOnline you can still access all the transaction you have in the past:

  • - My details - update your name, address and contact information 
  • - My investment choice - change investment options online 
  • - My balance – check your latest balance by obtaining a benefit quote 
  • - My contributions - view your contribution history 
  • - My insurance – view details of the insurance cover available to you 
  • - My beneficiaries – nominate or update your beneficiaries 
  • - My super statements – view your past super statements

Is the security of SuperOnline impacted by this change?

No. SuperOnline is a separate and secure area of the Telstra Super website.

Will my bookmarks/favourites still work?

Commonly bookmarked pages, such as unit prices, will be redirected from the old site to the home page of the new site. However, we recommend that you recreate your bookmarks.
