Make an appointment with Telstra Super Financial Planning
As a Telstra Super member, expert financial planning advice is available to you at no extra cost through Telstra Super Financial Planning. Telstra Super Financial Planning have a strong commitment to making retrenched staff a priority and can advise on the appropriate financial planning solutions for your personal situation.
Telstra Super Financial Planning provide assistance over the phone, and can also help you decide if you should make an appointment with a Telstra Super Financial Planner. You can make an appointment by calling 1300 033 166 or request an appointment online.

Attend a purpose-built information seminar
At Telstra Super we have a specialist team who regularly hold seminars for Telstra staff. We're committed to providing all Telstra business units impacted by retrenchment with timely, relevant and appropriate seminars to assist you and answer your questions face to face.
If you have recently been advised that you will or could be impacted by retrenchment, see your Line Manager to find out if a seminar has been arranged for your business unit. Alternatively, use our Enquiry form to contact us and include your business unit, your member (employee) number and contact phone number and we'll get right back to you.

Our Member Services Consultants and Superannuation Advisers are available by phone from 8.00am to 5.30pm (Melbourne time), Monday to Friday. Call 1300 033 166.

While online, you may find it convenient to send your personal enquiry using SuperOnline, our secure website service.
If you've never used SuperOnline before, enter as a New User. To set up your access you will need your 4-digit PIN and member number. If you need a PIN, use our Enquiry form to request one today and it will be posted to your address.
In person
Drop into our Member Centre on the ground floor of the Telstra building at 242 Exhibition Street, Melbourne, to make an appointment with a Financial Planner or to have a chat to one of our Member Services Consultants. At the Member Centre, you can also pick up a specially prepared Retrenchment Kit.
