The minimum qualification is the Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning), but many Financial Planners employed by Telstra Super Financial Planning hold higher qualifications such as the Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning), Certified Financial Planner and Masters of Financial Planning, a number also hold other academic qualifications such as a Bachelor of Business, Law or Education.
