Telstra Super appoints Chief Executive

The Board of Telstra Super has announced the appointment of their new Chief Executive, Martin Crowe.

Telstra Super Chairman, Clive Batrouney, is pleased with the Board’s decision to appoint Mr Crowe. “Martin is taking on this role at an important time and on behalf of the Board I congratulate him on his appointment. Martin will ensure that Telstra Super continues to focus on delivering outstanding service to our members.”

"With eight years experience as Telstra Super’s Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, Martin has an in depth understanding of the business and the superannuation industry which holds him in good stead for the additional responsibilities of Chief Executive” Mr Batrouney added. Mr Crowe also sits on Telstra Super’s Audit and Compliance, Remuneration and Investment Committees.

Mr Crowe takes over the Chief Executive position after the departure of former CEO, Terry McCredden in early July. Telstra Super is Australia’s largest corporate super fund with over 95,000 members and over $10 billion of assets under management.
