How do I disable the Internet Explorer Pop-up Blocker?

You need to disable the Internet Explorer browser Pop-up Blocker to be able to view SuperOnline functions and information.

To disable the Pop-up Blocker, follow the steps below:

Internet Explorer 6.0 or 7.0

1. Select the 'Tools' menu from the top of your browser toolbar.




2. Select the 'Pop-up Blocker' option, and then 'Pop-up Blocker Settings'.
 



3. In the 'Address of website to allow' input field type ‘http://www.telstrasuper.com.au’.  Select 'Add'.
 



4. Close.

5.  Press the (F5) key on your keyboard to refresh your browser, then try logging again into SuperOnline.

How do I disable the Mozilla Firefox Pop-up Blocker?

You need to disable the Mozilla Firefox Pop-up Blocker to be able to view SuperOnline functions and information.

To disable the Pop-up Blocker, simply follow the steps below:

Mozilla Firefox 1.5 or 2.0

1. Select ‘Tools’, then ‘Options’ from the brower menu bar at the top of your window.




2. Click the ‘Content’ panel (Globe of Earth icon), and check the ‘Block pop-up windows’ check box.  Select 'Exceptions...'.




3. In the ‘Address of website’ input box type ‘http://www.telstrasuper.com.au’ and select ‘Allow’.




4. Close

5.  Press the (F5) key to refresh your browser, then try logging again into SuperOnline.

How do I disable the Google Toolbar Pop-up Blocker?


If you have downloaded the Google Toolbar, you will also need to disable the Google Toolbar Pop-up Blocker to be able to view SuperOnline functions and information.

Example of Google Toolbar:


1.  To temporarily allow Pop-ups for the Telstra Super website, click on the button for Pop-ups blocked.

2.  To disable the Pop-up Blocker in Google Toolbar permanently for the Telstra Super website, click on the link below to go to the Google Toolbar website for instructions:

You need to enable Javascript in your browser to be able to view SuperOnline functions and information.

To enable Javascript, follow the steps below:

Internet Explorer 6.0  or 7.0

1. Select 'Tools' from the top menu.  Choose 'Internet Options'.




2. Click on the 'Security' tab.  Click on 'Custom level...'.




3. Scroll down until you see the section labelled 'Scripting'.  Under 'Active scripting', select the 'Enable' radio button and click 'OK'.




4.  Press the (F5) key on your keyboard to refresh your browser, and then try logging again into SuperOnline.
