You can start using the app in four simple steps:

To use this app you must be a TelstraSuper member and have logged into your online account. Register for an online account.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What device is the app available on?

    The app is currently available on the iPhone only.

    The Android and tablet apps will soon follow. We will keep you informed of their release date. 

  • What iOS versions is the app compatible with?

    The TelstraSuper app is compatible with iOS 10 and later. The app will be best viewed on iPhone 5 onwards.

  • Can all members use the TelstraSuper app?

    All members except the following are able to access the TelstraSuper app:

    • Defined Benefit members
    • Members with family law splits
    • Members with pending payments
  • How do I login to the app?

    You must  be registered for an online account to be able to log into the TelstraSuper app.

    On first login you will be asked to enter your member number and password. You will then be prompted to set up touchID/faceID and a passcode.

    If you have not registered for your online account, you can do so here.

  • What if I have forgotten my online account password?

    If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it online.

    You will need your PIN to reset your password. If you don’t remember you PIN you can receive it by SMS or by contacting our Member Services team on 1300 033 166.

  • Can I set up a passcode or faceID/touchID?

     Yes, on first login you will be prompted to set up a 4 digit passcode, touchID or faceID if supported by your device. However, you can set this up at any stage and continue to login with your member number and password.

    You can control your touchID/face ID and passcode in the app under More > Settings . However, if you wish to use faceID, this must be first turned on in the ‘Settings’ section of your device.

  • What if my touchID or faceID failed?

    If touchID or faceID fails, you will be asked to enter your passcode.

  • What if I have forgotten my passcode?

    If you have forgotten your passcode, you will be prompted to enter your member number and online password.

    Please note: our Member Services team is able to assist with your online account password reset however passcode, faceID or touchID can only be reset by you on your device. You can reset in the ‘Settings’ page of the app, found in the ‘More’ tab.

  • What if I lose my device?

    If you lose your device you should reset your password. You can reset your password online or call us on 1300 033 166.

  • How do I keep my device secure?
    To keep your device secure set up a passcode but nothing too obvious like your birthday. Log out of the app when done (we’ll automatically log you out after 20 minutes if you’re no longer using it) and always lock your device when you’re finished using it.
