It's now easier than ever to get online
May 4, 2020
We know that having access to your super details is important - especially in times of market volatility and changing personal circumstances. We’ve recently updated access to the secure area of the website making it easier to log in than ever.
What’s changed?
If you’re a regular user of SuperOnline and have a password nothing has changed. From 27 April 2020, you will still only need your member number and existing password to access your account.
But if you forget that password in the future and need to reset it – you will no longer need a PIN to do this.
If you’ve never logged in before - the registration process has been streamlined to make it a simple 3 step process to get online. You’ll also have a chance to update your email to ensure we have the best one to stay in touch with you on.
What are the benefits of SuperOnline?
With SuperOnline, you can see your real-time super information, including your latest super balance and a personalised dashboard that projects what your retirement balance when you reach age 65 might look like based on your current contributions.
If you’re looking to give your super a boost, you can use the retirement projection to see how making extra contributions could increase your retirement nest-egg.
You can also view your current and previous statement, make changes to your investment options, and update your non-binding beneficiaries.
Never logged in? Now’s a great time to check you super
