Keep track of your super online – anywhere, any time

It’s easy to keep an eye on your super any time, anywhere, through the website and the TelstraSuper app with real time information, so you can always be on top of how you’re super is tracking. It means you don’t need to wait for your next statement to keep an eye on the performance of your account.

Our statements are moving to half-yearly so the next statement for your super account will be for the half year to 30 June 2021 which you should receive during September 2021. While legislation mandates that super funds only need to produce an annual statement, we realise regular statements are important to some members so we'll be producing half-yearly statements.

We're changing frequency as:

  • Advances in technology means it's now easy to check your super account online, and that's what many members do;
  • The amount of information included in the statements means it takes about six to eight weeks to produce them so, by the time your statement is available, the information is not as current as your online account;
  • The cost to produce printed statements, and the resources used, has increased significantly in recent times such as paper, printing costs and postage, and we're conscious that we don't want to 'waste' members' funds in any way.

As a profit-to-member fund we aim to keep costs as low as possible for our members without compromising on service and regularly review our fees and reduce them where possible. We're planning to reduce our administration fees so look out for more information on that shortly.
