Assistance for our customers affected by the bushfires
With ongoing bushfires throughout Australia, we understand that some of our members and their families may be under financial stress. There are ways to access your super prior to reaching your preservation age.
If you’d like information on whether you may be able to access your super through severe financial hardship or compassionate grounds you can contact our Member Services team on 1300 033 166.
If you think you may need to make an insurance claim on your TelstraSuper account, you can also contact our Member Services team to understand what insurance you may have available and if you may be able to start the claims process.
