TelstraSuper has been named a Sitecore Experience Award (SEA) winner in the “Most intelligent content optimisation” category for its work with Deloitte Digital.

The award is in recognition of the fund’s implementation of a data driven ‘segment of one’ approach to personalisation. This approach sees members receive highly tailored messaging based on their individual circumstances and previous interactions with the fund. More than 100 organisations were assessed for the award.

TelstraSuper Executive General Manager, Marketing and Digital, Jean-Luc Ambrosi said the award acknowledges the positive impact that knowing your members can have.

“This data driven framework has enabled TelstraSuper to deepen the member experience across personalisation, automation, content, communications and campaigns,” he said.

“This uplift in member experience drove engagement and satisfaction levels higher and enabled the fund to pivot to meet the individual needs of members, such as during the COVID-19 pandemic.”

The Sitecore Experience Awards 2020 recognise brands that have built truly customer-centric digital experiences with Sitecore® technology. The SEAs are awarded to Sitecore customers (and their partners) whose entries clearly demonstrate that their Sitecore solution delivers an outstanding experience for all users from partner developers and internal customer marketers to business and IT users and end-user customers.

SEA 2020 winners were selected as they demonstrated to the judges that they used Sitecore solutions to make significant and measurable impacts in terms of experience or content management.

Through the rigorous selection process, each entry was judged by a panel of Sitecore leaders from that entry’s region. There are five regions that evaluated and approved all regional selections based on specific selection and scoring criteria.

All category winners were automatically entered for the Ultimate Experience Award, an honour given to entrants whose digital transformation has elevated the customer experience. The four Ultimate Experience Award Winners will be announced during Sitecore Symposium 2020, October 26-28.
