How to understand your super statement

Tagged in:

Your statement is a great way to keep up to date on your super account balance, investment performance and transaction history. It gives you a comprehensive summary of the assets in your super account and how they’ve tracked and keeps you informed about important information relating to your account and your fund.

Review your statement online

You can review and download your current statement, as well as access any of your past statements, by logging in to your SuperOnline account or via the TelstraSuper App.

When your statement is ready to view in your online account, you’ll most likely be notified via email or SMS. If you prefer to receive your statement and other written communications (excluding marketing material) by post, you can update your preference by logging in to your SuperOnline account or via telstrasuper.com.au/subscribe or by calling us.

Here's some of the key sections of statements for Accumulation members and some handy hints along the way. For full details on any of the sections outlined below refer to your statement. If you have any questions give us a call on 1300 033 166 or fill in our online contact form.

We encourage you to log in to your account where more detailed and up-to-date information is always available such as your recent transactions, the amount and value of units you hold and a breakdown of your insurance cover.
