You can start using the app in four simple steps:

To use this app you must be a TelstraSuper member and have logged into your online account. Register for an online account.

Log in with your TelstraSuper member number and password.

When prompted, set up your passcode and biometric identification for a speedy and secure login experience every time.


  • What devices is the app available on?

    The app is available for both Apple and Android smartphone and tablet devices.

    • Apple devices: those using iOS 12 or above. For example: iPhone or newer
    • Android devices:  those using  v9.0 and above. For example, Google Pixel 3a or newer, and Samsung phones S10 or newer).

    Apple users can download it from the Apple App store, Android users can download it from the Google Play store.

  • What Apple iOS versions are supported?

    The TelstraSuper app is compatible with iOS 12 and later. The app will be best viewed on iPhone 8 onwards.

  • What Android OS versions are supported?

    The Android app works on devices using operating system version 9.0 and above.
    For devices with Android versions below 9.0, members will not be able to download and install the app.

  • Can all members use the TelstraSuper app?

    All members except the following are able to access the TelstraSuper app:

    • Defined Benefit members
    • Lifetime Pension only members (Lifetime Pension members with Personal Plus or Corporate Plus will be able to use the app)
    • Members with family law splits
    • Members with pending payments
  • How do I login to the app?

    You must be registered for an online account to be able to log into the TelstraSuper app.

    On first login you will be asked to enter your member number and password. You will then be prompted to set up biometric identification (face or fingerprint recognition) and a passcode.

    If you have not registered for your online account, you can do so by completing our quick online registration.

  • What if I have forgotten my online account password?

    If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it online.

    If you need assistance, please call us on 1300 033 166.

  • Can I set up a passcode, fingerprint or face recognition?

    Yes, on first login you will be prompted to set up a 4 digit passcode, fingerprint or face recognition if supported by your device. However, you can set this up at any stage and continue to login with your member number and password.

    Apple users

    You can control your touchID/face ID and passcode in the app under Overview > Profile > Security Settings . However, if you wish to use faceID, this must be first turned on in the ‘Settings’ section of your device.

    Android users

    You can control your fingerprint and passcode in the app under Overview > Profile > Security Settings.

  • What if my fingerprint or face recognition login fails?

    If fingerprint or face recognition fails, you will be asked to enter your passcode.

  • What if I have forgotten my passcode?

    If you have forgotten your passcode, you will be prompted to enter your member number and online password.

    Please note: our Member Services team is able to assist with your online account password reset however passcode and biometric identification can only be reset by you on your device. You can reset in the ‘Security Settings’ page of the app, found via 'Overview > Profile'.

  • What if I lose my device?

    If you lose your device you should reset your password. You can reset your password online or call us on 1300 033 166.

  • How do I keep my device secure?
    To keep your device secure set up a passcode but nothing too obvious like your birthday. Log out of the app when done (we’ll automatically log you out after 20 minutes if you’re no longer using it) and always lock your device when you’re finished using it.
