TelstraSuper named 2023 Pension Fund of the Year... again!

We’re proud to share that TelstraSuper has been named the Chant West Pension Fund of the Year - for the second year running.
Speaking at the Chant West awards ceremony in Sydney on 17 May, 2023, TelstraSuper Chief Customer Officer, Tim Anderson said it was a privilege to be recognised as providing one of the best pension offerings around.
The recognition builds on TelstraSuper’s proud history of supporting members' retirement needs for over 30 years. In particular, it acknowledges the work we’ve done over the past two years focussing on delivering products, services and tools to support our members into retirement.
“Retirement has always been a part of the Fund’s DNA, but we wanted to take it to the next level for our members,” said Mr Anderson. “Our Smart Income retirement program has touched all parts of the business as we’ve transformed our products, investments, services and advice proposition with member needs in mind.”
In presenting the award, Chant West recognised the Fund’s strong investment capability, dedicated Guidance Specialist team and range of leading digital tools and calculators. The range of member advice offerings was also highlighted.
TelstraSuper won the same award last year, in recognition of the Fund’s credentials as a pensioner provider. Industry group SuperRatings also recognised the pension product, recently awarding it the 2023 SuperRatings Pension of the Year.
“Winning the award once was amazing, but two years running is an absolute thrill,” said Chris Davies, CEO of TelstraSuper. “The Chant West Pension Fund of the Year award is industry recognition for the work we are doing in the pre-retirement and retirement space, helping our members achieve retirements better than they could imagine.”
TelstraSuper was also named a finalist across several categories including Best Fund Insurance, Best Advice Fund, and Super Fund of the Year.
