Office closure
Our Melbourne Office is closed for face to face attendance during below dates:
- Thursday 21st December 2023 to Friday 12th January 2024
In person service will resume from Monday 15th January 2024.
TelstraSuper Financial Planning
Financial planning appointments with all teams will finish on Thursday 21st December 2023 and resume on Monday 8th January 2024.
Cut-off dates for processing
Member payment cutoff date is Tuesday 19th December for funds before Christmas. Please ensure all documentation is received to enable the payment.
Pension payments for 28th December will be processed on Thursday 21st December.
