Member research during May, June, and July 2022

During May, June and July you may receive an invitation to participate in member research.

At TelstraSuper we are committed to delivering better retirement savings outcomes for our members. We conduct member research and participate in industry based member research on a regular basis. The opinions and feedback our members provide are critical to helping us ensure that the products and services we offer are the right ones to meet the needs of our members.

Nature Member Survey – Net Promoter Score

This study focuses on member satisfaction and allows us the ability to benchmark and track our performance over time as well as to gain insights into specific drivers of member satisfaction and advocacy for TelstraSuper. This is an annual online survey conducted by a research agency, Nature, on our behalf and will run from late May to mid Jun this year.

Nature Member Survey – Planning for Retirement and Retirement Income Products

With an increasing number of members reaching retirement age, we would like to better understand member needs and experiences from when they start planning for retirement to when they enter retirement, and post retirement. This will help us ensure we have the right products required by members. An external research agency, Nature, will be conducting this survey on our behalf starting from mid June to late June.

Usability One (U1) User Testing Sessions

With the aim of continuous improvement we are undertaking research around new concepts and digital tools for members as they near retirement and in retirement. The research will commence in mid June and will be conducted by an external research agency, Usability One (U1) on our behalf in the form of one-on-one online sessions. We will also work with a market research recruiter, Stable Research, from late May to early June to invite members and schedule appointments with them for such sessions.
