  • Why is TelstraSuper partnering with HCF?

    Ensuring you and your family have adequate health cover is an important consideration. While private health insurance can be considered expensive, avoiding private health cover may leave you exposed to the Government's Medicare Levy Surcharge and Lifetime Health Cover loadings.

    Recognising these issues faced by our members, TelstraSuper negotiated HCF private health cover with a discount of 5% on premiums across the corporate suite of products. It is another benefit for TelstraSuper members.

  • Who are HCF?

    Established for over 80 years, HCF is Australia's largest not-for-profit health fund. This means that, like TelstraSuper, HCF exists to benefit members. HCF has a range of great value cover options available that offer genuine value for money, and they consistently return more in benefits than the industry average.

  • How do I switch to HCF?

    HCF will contact your current health fund and do the paperwork for you. Providing you are switching to an equivalent level of health cover, you won't have to re-serve waiting periods.

  • I’m already with HCF, can I get the discount?
    Yes! If you are an existing HCF member, simply quote your TelstraSuper member number to HCF to receive a discount of up to 5%.
